Seasoning – Salt, pepper, garlic powder
Guacamole – You are welcome to use store bought, but I went with homemade
Cheese – Pepper jack cheese
Pantry – Hamburger buns
Refrigerated – Eggs, Pico de Gallo

How to Make Avocado Chicken Burgers
Start by combining your ground chicken, eggs, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a large bowl.

After, combining, you will slowly stir in 1/2 cup of guacamole into the chicken mixture.

You’ll then form your meat into 6 1/3 lb. patties and grill them on medium high heat for around 7 minutes on each side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°.

Finally, serve on hamburger buns with pepper jack cheese, additional guacamole, and Pico de Gallo. Enjoy!

Can I Substitute the Ground Chicken?
Yes! Feel free to substitute the ground chicken with ground turkey. You are also welcome to add a different cheese if pepper jack isn’t your favorite. Make these burgers your own and enjoy!

Want a healthy alternative for burgers? These Avocado Chicken Burgers are full of flavor and topped with Pepper Jack Cheese, Guacamole, and Pico De Gallo Salsa! It's a healthy twist on a Family Favorite!
Ingredients
- 2 Lbs. Ground Chicken
- 2 Eggs, Beaten
- 1 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1 tsp. Pepper
- 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
- 16 oz. Guacamole (Store Bought or Homemade)
- 6 Slices of Pepper Jack Cheese
- 8 oz. Pico de Gallo Salsa (Store Bought or Homemade)
- 1 Package of Hamburger Buns
Instructions
- In a large bowl combine Ground Chicken, Eggs, Salt, Pepper, and Garlic Powder
