Ingredients Needed:
Mahi Mahi Fillets – 1 1/2 lbs, Fresh or Thawed
Seasoning – Garlic Powder, Oregano, Paprika, Onion Powder, Cumin, Black Pepper, Salt, Cayenne Pepper
Pantry – Olive Oil

How to Make This Delicious Mahi Mahi
Start by lining a Large Baking Sheet with Foil then drizzle with Olive Oil. Next, in a Small Bowl, combine the Garlic Powder, Oregano, Paprika, Onion Powder, Cumin, Pepper, Salt and Cayenne Pepper.

Then, roll the Fish Pieces in Olive Oil and sprinkle with the Seasoning Mixture on both sides. Finally, bake in the oven at 450° F for 12 minutes (Or until you get an internal temperature of 140° F). Enjoy!
Is the Cayenne Pepper Optional?
If you are not a fan of spicy meals, you can definitely opt out of using the Cayenne Pepper in this recipe! The use of the Cayenne Pepper will make this recipe very spicy, so if that’s not your thing, feel free to leave it out.

Blackened Mahi Mahi
This flavorful Blackened Mahi Mahi will fall apart in your mouth! It's seasoned to perfection! Plus with a baking time of only 12 minutes, it's a quick dinner for a busy night.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 Lbs. Mahi Mahi Fillets (24 oz.), Fresh or thawed
- 1/4 Cup Olive Oil
- 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp. Oregano
- 1 tsp. Paprika
- 1 tsp. Onion Powder
- 1 tsp. Cumin
- 1 tsp. Black Pepper
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 1/4 tsp. Cayenne Pepper (Optional, will make it very spicy)
