Cook Chicken | If you don’t have pre-cooked chicken you will bake it as directed in the recipe card.
Creamy Buffalo Sauce | The first thing is you are going to mix up your creamy buffalo sauce. Take your buffalo sauce, cream cheese, yogurt and mix until creamy. Then stir in the shredded chicken.
Prepare Tostadas | Now you will assemble your tostadas and then bake in the oven until the cheese is melted on top.
Serve up your tostadas with your favorite toppings!

- Sprinkle with Mozarella Cheese and bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes until cheese is melted
- Garnish with Green Onions
Prep Ahead Instructions -
Pre-Cook Chicken Breast in the oven. In a large bowl combine shredded chicken breast or rotisserie chicken, softened cream cheese, greek yogurt, and hot sauce. Place mixture in an airtight container or ziploc bag and store in the refrigerator until ready to cook.
Cooking Instructions -
Remove Chicken from the fridge and let it soften for about 30 minutes. Spray a large baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray, then lay the Corn Tostadas on the pan. Spread 1/12 of the mixture on each tostada, top with Mozzarella cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Garnish with green onions.
