Ingredients Needed
Seasoning – Garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, garlic salt
Protein – Chicken breast
Pantry – Jar of pasta sauce, Hoagie styles rolls
Dairy – Butter, provolone cheese
Produce – Fresh parsley
How to Make Chicken Parmesan Sandwiches
In a large slow cooker, stir together the pasta sauce, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Then, slowly add in chicken breast and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4 hours.
Just before serving, combine the melted butter and garlic salt into a small bowl. Then, brush the Hoagie styles rolls with melted butter and place in the oven to toast at 400 F for 5 minutes or until starting to brown on the edges.
Next, shred the chicken breast with 2 forks and stir into sauce mixture. Serve chicken mixture over toasted hoagie rolls and top with 1 slice of provolone cheese. Enjoy!
Prep-Ahead Instructions:
In a Large Ziploc Bag, combine the Chicken Breast, Pasta Sauce, Garlic Powder, Italian Seasoning, Salt and Pepper. Seal the bag tightly and mix everything together. Set in the refrigerator or freezer until ready to cook.

Slow Cooker Chicken Parmesan Sandwiches are a great recipe to serve for dinner on a busy night since you can cook the meat in the slow cooker while you're gone! They're also great for a potluck!
Ingredients
- 2 lbs. Chicken Breast
- 24 oz. Jar of Pasta Sauce
- 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp. Italian Seasoning
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 1 tsp. Black Pepper
- 8 Slices of Provolone Cheese
- 4 Tbsp. Butter, Melted
- 1/2 tsp. Garlic Salt
- 8 Hoagie Style Rolls
- Fresh Parsley for Garnish (Optional)
