How to Make Copycat Texas Roadhouse Steaks
Start by placing the steaks in a large Ziploc bag and then add in your seasonings. Make sure you seal the bag tightly and shake to coat the steak with the marinade.
You’ll want to set aside for 30 minutes or in your refrigerator until ready to cook.
To cook your steaks, heat the grill to Medium-High (Around 350° F) and then cook for 8-10 minutes on each side until you get the internal temperature you like (140° F for Medium, 150° F for Medium-Well, 160° F for Well Done).
