Garlic Butter Tilapia Foil Packs are a fabulous option for a healthy dinner that tastes amazing! Create it in just 30 minutes with simple ingredients and easy directions. This is one of my favorite ways to incorporate fish and vegetables into my weekly menu plan. This recipe is full of fresh flavors that your whole family will love!

Ingredients Needed:

Fish – Tilapia Fillets (approx. 4)

Produce – Asparagus, Zucchini, Yellow Squash, Minced Garlic, Lemon Juice, Lemon, Fresh Parsley

Seasoning – Salt, pepper, Italian seasoning

Dairy – Butter

Pantry– Heavy duty foil for grilling

How to Make Garlic Butter Tilapia Foil Packs

Start by combining melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning in a small bowl and stir everything together.

Next, lay 2 pieces of heavy duty foil on top of each other and place 1 tilapia fillet on the foil along with 1/4 of the zucchini, asparagus and squash. Then, drizzle with 1/4 of the melted butter mixture and fold over the foil from both sides to create a packet.

Finally, place the foil packets on a baking sheet and bake each foil packet at 450° for 20 minutes or until the fish is fork tender. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve with fresh lemon wedges. Enjoy!

Prep-Ahead Instructions:

Place each tilapia fillet on 2 pieces of heavy duty foil along with 1/4 of the zucchini, asparagus and squash. Drizzle with 1/4 of the melted butter mixture and fold over the foil from both sides to create a packet. Store in the refrigerator until ready to bake.

These Garlic Butter Tilapia Foil Packs are a great meal for the healthy eater or anyone that loves fish and vegetables!

Ingredients

  • 2 Lbs. Tilapia Fillets (Approx. 4 filets)
  • 1 Lb. Asparagus, cut into small pieces
  • 1 Zucchini, cut in half and sliced
  • 1 Yellow Squash, cut in half and sliced
  • 1/4 Cup Butter, Melted
  • 1 tsp. Minced Garlic
  • 1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 1 tsp. Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. Italian Seasoning
  • 1 Lemon, Cut into quarters
  • Fresh Parsley for garnish (optional)
  • Heavy Duty Foil for grilling

Instructions

    1. In a small bowl combine melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning and stir everything together.
    2. Lay 2 Pieces of Heavy Duty Foil on top of each other.

    4. Place the foil packets on a baking sheet and Bake each foil packet at 450° for 20 minutes or until the fish is fork-tender.
