Chicken – Boneless Skinless Chicken Tenderloins

Pantry – Ketchup, Honey, Soy Sauce, Black Pepper, Minced Garlic

How to Make Grilled Honey Garlic Chicken Tenders

Start by placing your chicken in a large gallon sized bag and add in your ketchup, honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and black pepper.

Now, seal your bag, mix everything together, and heat your grill to around 350-400° F.

Finally, place your your chicken on your grill and cook approximately 9-10 minutes on each side until you reach an internal temperature pf 160 degrees. Enjoy!

Prep-Ahead Instructions

One of the reasons I love these Chicken Tenders is because they’re so easy to prep-ahead! You’ll essentially just follow the steps above, but you’ll store in your fridge until you’re ready to cook.

Place your Chicken in a Large Gallon Size Bag. Add the Ketchup, Honey, Soy Sauce, Minced Garlic, and Black Pepper. Seal the bag tightly and mix everything together. Store in the refrigerator until ready to cook. Cook starting with Step 3.

These Grilled Honey Garlic Chicken Tenders have amazing flavor and are easy to grill for lunch or dinner! They're also amazing on salad as leftovers!

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. Boneless Skinless Chicken Tenderloins
  • 1/2 Cup Ketchup
  • 3 Tbsp. Honey
  • 2 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp. Minced Garlic
  • 1/2 tsp. Black Pepper
