This easy Oven Baked Blackened Cod is a healthy dinner idea that you'll love! With only 7 ingredients you can throw this dinner together quickly and it tastes amazing!
Ingredients
- 2 lbs. Fresh Cod Fillets
- 1/2 Cup Butter, Melted
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1/2 tsp. Black Pepper
- 2 tsp. Minced Garlic
- 1 tsp. Cajun Seasoning
- 1 Lemon, Sliced
- Fresh Parsley for Garnish
Instructions
- In a small bowl combine Melted Butter, Salt, Pepper, Minced Garlic, and Cajun Seasoning.
- Place Fresh Cod Fillets in a Large Baking Dish. Cover with melted butter and seasonings.
- Bake for 10-12 Minutes at 400° F or until the Fish is opaque and flaky. (Note: Cooking time may vary depending on the thickness and size of your fish so watch it carefully).
- Garnish with Fresh Lemon and Parsley and serve immediately!
