Ingredients Needed:
Meat – Sirloin steak that’s cut in 1″ pieces
Produce – Baby potatoes, grape tomatoes, minced garlic, rosemary
Seasoning – Salt, pepper, onion powder
Pantry – Olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey
How to Make Rosemary Garlic Steak Bites
Start by placing the olive oil, vinegar, honey, minced garlic, salt and pepper, rosemary, and onion powder in a large Ziploc Bag. Then, seal the bag and mix everything together.
You’ll then place your steak bites into the marinade mixture and set aside to let the steak meat marinade for at least 15 minutes.
Finally, pour the contents of the bag onto a large sheet pan and add in tomatoes and baby potatoes and mix well until everything is coated with the marinade.
Then, bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes and serve it up! Enjoy!
Prep-Ahead Instructions:
Place the Olive Oil, Vinegar, Honey, Minced Garlic, Salt and Pepper, Rosemary, and Onion Powder in a large Ziploc Bag. Seal Bag and mix everything together well. Place Steak Pieces into the marinade mixture. Top with Baby Potatoes and Grape Tomatoes.

Make steak without standing over the grill with these sheet pan Rosemary Garlic Steak Bites!
Ingredients
- 2 Lbs. of Sirloin Steak, Cut into 1" Pieces
- 1 1/2 Lbs. Baby Potatoes
- 10 oz. Grape Tomatoes
- 1/2 Cup Olive Oil
- 1/2 Cup Balsamic Vinegar
- 3 Tbsp. Honey
- 2 tsp. Minced Garlic
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 1 tsp. Pepper
- 1 Tbsp. Rosemary
Instructions
- Place the Olive Oil, Vinegar, Honey, Minced Garlic, Salt and Pepper, Rosemary, and Onion Powder in a large Ziploc Bag.
- Seal Bag and mix everything together well.
- Place Steak Pieces into the marinade mixture. Set aside and let the steak meat marinate for at least 15 minutes.
