Ingredients Needed:
Meat – Boneless skinless chicken tenderloins
Produce – Onion, minced garlic
Seasoning – Paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, black pepper
Pantry – Chicken bone broth, uncooked white rice
Refrigerated – Butter

How to Make Seasoned Chicken & Rice Casserole
Begin by combining the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl and sprinkle all over the chicken tenders after stirring together.
Then, spray a large 9×13 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray and combine the onions, butter and minced garlic.

After, baking in the oven at 350° for 10 Minutes, stir in the rice, water and chicken broth to the pan and place the chicken pieces on top of the rice/liquid mixture and cover with foil. Then, bake for 30 Minutes at 350° F.

Finally, uncover and bake another 20-25 minutes until the chicken starts to brown and the water is absorbed into the rice. Enjoy!

This recipe is perfect to make ahead of time! It takes around an hour to make normally, so prepping ahead saves you time!
Follow the steps above to prepare the Chicken and Rice Mixture. Once you get to Step 4 Cover with foil and store in the refrigerator until ready to bake. This is perfect to prepare in the mornings and then bake at dinner time.

Seasoned Chicken & Rice Casserole
There's nothing quite like a Chicken and Rice Casserole for a hearty homecooked meal. This is a great recipe to take to a group gathering or to prepare for company!
Ingredients
- 2 Lbs. Boneless Skinless Chicken Tenderloins
- 1 Onion, Diced
- 1 tsp. Minced Garlic
- 4 Tbsp. Butter
- 1 1/2 Cups Uncooked White Rice
- 1 1/2 Cups Chicken Bone Broth
- 1 1/4 Cups Water
- 1 tsp. Paprika
- 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp. Onion Powder
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 1 tsp. Black Pepper
Instructions
- In a small bowl Combine the Paprika, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Salt and Pepper. Stir together and Sprinkle over all of the Chicken Tenders on Both sides.
