Frozen – Broccoli florets

How to Make Sheet Pan Beef & Broccoli

You’ll start by combining the soy sauce, minced garlic, minced ginger, honey, sesame oil, rice vinegar, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes in a large Ziploc bag. Then, you’ll add in your thinly sliced steak to the marinade and let it sit for about 15 minutes.

Next, remove your steak from your marinade, place it only a large sheet pan, add your broccoli to the sheet pan, and drizzle 1-2 spoonfuls of your marinade over everything, making sure everything is coated and mixed. You’ll save the rest of the marinade for the sauce.

After mixing everything, you’ll bake in the oven at 425° F for about 15 minutes, stir everything together, and cook another 7-8 minutes until the steak is cooked completely.

Next, add your remaining marinade to a nonstick skillet and bring to a boil. Combine the water and cornstarch with a whisk, add to the skillet, and whisk everything together until it thickens.

Finally, drizzle your sauce mixture over the cooked beef and broccoli, toss, and serve over rice. You can add chopped green onions for garnish if desired. Enjoy!
