  • Easy recipe
  • Under 10 ingredients
  • Made in under an hour

Ingredients Needed:

Meat – Boneless Pork Chops

Seasoning – Paprika, salt, pepper

Produce – Baby carrots, baby potatoes, fresh parsley

Pantry – Olive oil, dry Italian dressing mix

Cheese – Grated parmesan cheese

How to Make Sheet Pan Italian Pork Chops

Begin by placing the pork chops in a large Ziploc bag and adding in the olive oil, dry Italian dressing mix, parmesan cheese, paprika, salt, and pepper. Then, shake the entire bag until everything is fully coated, add in the potatoes and baby carrots, and place in the refrigerator until ready to cook.

Next, place the contents of the Ziploc bag on a large sheet pan and spread everything out so that it’s in one layer. Bake at 400° F for 35 Minutes (or until the internal temperature is 160°). Keep in mind the thickness of the pork chop will vary the cooking time so using a meat thermometer is the best way to make sure everything is done! Finally, enjoy!

Prep-Ahead Instructions

Place the pork chops in a large Ziploc Bag. Add Olive Oil, Dry Italian Dressing Mix, Parmesan Cheese, Paprika, Salt, Pepper and Baby Carrots. Seal the bag tightly and shake to combine everything together. In a large Plastic Container add the Cut Potatoes then fill with water and add 1 tsp. of Salt to keep potatoes from browning. Store the Meat and Potatoes in the refrigerator until ready to cook. (Note: You can also cut the potatoes right before you are ready to cook to save storage space in your refrigerator.)
