This Sheet Pan Rosemary Chicken & Potatoes Recipe Is…

Ingredients Needed:

Chicken – I used Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast!

Potatoes – Go with Small Baby Potatoes for this Sheet Pan dinner!

Green Beans – I used a bag of Frozen Green Beans for this recipe. Use whatever style your prefer and prepare accordingly.

Seasoning – Butter, Salt, Pepper, Minced Garlic, Rosemary, Lemon Zest

Aluminum Foil – I covered my Sheet Pan with Aluminum Foil, but this is optional.

How to Make this Sheet Pan Dinner

This is a visual walk-through for readers, not a full tutorial. The Full Sheet Pan Rosemary Chicken & Potatoes Recipe can be found on the recipe card located at the bottom of this post.

Begin by lining your Sheet Pan with Aluminum Foil and placing your Chicken Breast on one side of the Sheet Pan.

Next, place the Baby Potatoes on the opposite side of the Sheet Pan.

In a small bowl, combine the melted Butter, Salt, Pepper, Minced Garlic, Rosemary, and Lemon Zest. Stir until well mixed.

Drizzle 1/2 of the mixture over the Potatoes and 1/2 over the Chicken. Toss the Potato pieces until they are evenly coated.

Bake in the oven at 400 F. for 25 Minutes. Remove from the oven and stir the Potatoes.

Next, add in the Green Beans and toss with the Potatoes to slightly coat the Green Beans with the Butter mixture.

Finally, bake for another 20 minutes at 400 F. or until the Chicken reaches an internal temperature of 160 F.

This fresh Rosemary Chicken Recipe is an easy way to create a dinner full of vibrant flavors! An easy sheet pan recipe you'll love.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
  • 1.5 lbs. Small Baby Potatoes. Quartered
  • 6 Tbsp. Butter, melted
  • 1.5 tsp. Salt
  • 1 tsp. Black Pepper
  • 2 tsp. Minced Garlic
  • 2 tsp. Rosemary
  • 1 tsp. Lemon Zest from 1 Whole Lemon
  • 12 oz. Bag of Frozen Green Beans

Instructions

  1. Line a Sheet Pan with Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil.
  2. Place the Chicken Breast on one side of the Sheet Pan.
  3. Place the Quartered Baby Potatoes on the other side of the Sheet Pan.
  4. In a Small Bowl combine the Melted Butter, Salt, Pepper, Minced Garlic, Rosemary, and Lemon Zest. Stir until well mixed.
  5. Drizzle 1/2 of the melted Butter mixture over the potatoes and 1/2 over the Chicken Breast. Toss the potato pieces until they are well coated.
  6. Bake in a 400° F. Oven for 25 Minutes. Remove from oven and stir potatoes.
  7. Add in the Green Beans and toss with the potatoes to slightly coat the green beans with the butter mixture.
  8. Bake another 20 Minutes at 400° F. or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 160°.
