Ingredients Needed:

Sausage – Smoke sausage (beef, pork, turkey, or chicken)

Produce – Russet potatoes, purple onion, green onions

Frozen – Green beans

Seasoning – Salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, Italian seasoning

Pantry – Olive oil

How to Make Sheet Pan Sausage & Potatoes

Start by slicing your sausage into 1/4 rounds, cube your potatoes into 1 in. bites, and slice your onion.

Then, place your sausage, potatoes, green beans, and onion onto a large baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.

After, combine all of your seasonings in a bowl and sprinkle them over your vegetables and sausage. Next, stir everything together to evenly coat your ingredients.

Finally, bake at 425 degrees for 40-45 minutes until your potatoes are fork tender. Enjoy!

Prep-Ahead Instructions:

In a large Ziploc Bag combine the Smoked Sausage, Potatoes, Onion, Olive Oil, Italian Seasoning, Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder, and Paprika. Seal bag tightly and store in the refrigerator until ready to cook.

Cooking Instructions:

Dump the contents of the Ziploc Bag onto a Large Sheet Pan and add in the Frozen Green Beans. Stir everything together to coat evenly and bake at 425° F for 35-45 minutes!

My family loves this Sausage and Potatoes Recipe, especially when it's served with pineapple!! The perfect recipe for a busy night.

Ingredients

  • 14 oz. Smoked Sausage (Beef, Pork, Turkey, or Chicken)
  • 1 lb. Russet Potatoes
  • 12 oz. Bag Frozen Green Beans
  • 1 Large Purple Onion, Sliced
  • 4 Tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 2 tsp. Italian Seasoning
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 1 tsp. Black Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp. Paprika
  • Green Onions for Garnish (Optional)

Instructions

    1. Slice Smoked Sausage into 1/4" Rounds, Cube Potatoes into 1" Bites, and Slice Onion.
    2. Place Smoked Sausage, Potatoes, Green Beans, and Onion on a Large Sheet Pan.
    3. Drizzle with Olive Oil.
    4. Combine Seasonings in a bowl and mix well. Sprinkle the seasonings over the vegetables and sausage.
    5. Stir everything together to evenly coat the sausage and potatoes.
    6. Bake in a 425 Degree Oven for 40-45 Minutes until potatoes are fork-tender (Stirring halfway through).
    7. Garnish with Green Onions if desired. Enjoy!
