Ingredients Needed:

Meat – Beef sirloin steak

Produce – Red onion, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, mushrooms, minced garlic

Pantry – Olive oil, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce

Seasoning – Salt, black pepper, paprika

How to Make Sheet Pan Steak Kebab Bowls

Start by placing all of the ingredients in a large Ziploc bag and toss them to coat everything evenly. Then, set the bag in the refrigerator for 3 hours, until ready to cook.

Next, spray a large baking sheet with cooking spray and dump the contents of the Ziploc bag onto the baking sheet and spread everything out evenly.

Finally, bake at 400° F for 30-35 minutes until the meat reaches a minimum internal temperature of 150° F and serve in a bowl with your favorite summer salad or sides. Enjoy!

Prep-Ahead Instructions:

Place all the ingredients in a Large Ziploc Bag, Seal tightly and toss to coat everything evenly. Set the bag in the refrigerator until ready to cook.

Skip the Grill with this easy to make Sheet Pan Recipe. These Steak Kebabs in a Bowl are the Perfect weeknight dinner recipe when you want all the flavor but not the fuss of grilling.

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 lbs. Beef Sirloin Steak, Cut into 1" Pieces
  • 1 Red Onion, Cut into quarters
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper, Sliced
  • 1 Yellow Bell Pepper, Sliced
  • 4 oz. Mushrooms
  • 1 Cup Soy Sauce 
  • 1/2 Cup Olive Oil
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 tsp. Minced Garlic
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 1 tsp. Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp. Paprika
