Slow Cooker Beef and Noodles Are…

Ingredients Needed
Seasoning – Black Pepper, Salt, Dried Parsley
Produce – Minced Garlic
Frozen – Egg Noodles
Pantry – Package of Cream of Mushroom Soup, Low Sodium Beef Broth
Protein – Beef Roast, trim fat and cut into chunks so it will cook faster
How to Make Slow Cooker Beef and Noodles
To begin, in a large slow cooker add 16 oz. of Beef Broth, Onion Soup Mix, Mushroom Soup, Minced Garlic, Salt, Pepper, and Parsley. Stir everything together until it’s well mixed.
Next, add in the Beef Roast and cover and cook on high for 8 Hours. (Or 12 hours on low).
Then, shred the roast with 2 forks and stir. Add in the additional remaining Beef Broth and cook for another 2 hours on high.
Finally, add in Egg Noodles and then cook another 1 hour on high or until ready to serve. Enjoy!
Prep-Ahead Instructions
This recipe is a great option to make ahead of time! So easy to add it into your Slow Cooker and go about your day. In a large bowl combine 16 oz. of Beef Broth, Onion Soup Mix, Mushroom Soup, Minced Garlic, Salt, Pepper, and Parsley. Stir everything together until well mixed. Place the Beef Roast in a large Ziploc Bag, pour the mixture over the roast and seal tightly. Store in the refrigerator until ready to cook.

Ingredients
- 2 lbs. Beef Roast, Trim Fat & Cut into Chunks so it cooks faster!
- 64 oz. Beef Broth (I like low sodium bone broth)
- 1 Package Onion Soup Mix
- 1 can of Cream of Mushroom Soup (I like low sodium)

- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1 tsp. Dried Parsley

Add the contents of the bag to a large slow cooker and cook on high for 4-5 hours. Shred the roast and add in remaining beef broth. Cook another 2 hours on high. Add in Noodles and cook another 1 hour until noodles are tender.
