Tuscan Chicken Ravioli

This is one of my favorite pasta dishes to throw together on a busy night! It tastes delicious without taking hours to make. I love creating recipes that taste like you spent forever prepping and cooking them, but are made in less than an hour.

This Tuscan Chicken Ravioli Is…

Ingredients Needed:

Seasonings – Salt, Black Pepper, Paprika, Onion Powder, Italian Seasoning

Produce – Baby Spinach, Sun Dried Tomatoes, Minced Garlic, Lemon Juice

Dairy – Butter, Heavy Cream, Shaved Parmesan Cheese

Pantry – Olive Oil, Chicken Broth

Chicken – Cut Chicken into 1″ Pieces

Pasta – I used Frozen Ravioli, but you can use what style of Ravioli you prefer! Just cook it according to package directions.

How to Make this Ravioli Dish:

This is a visual walk-through put together for readers. The full recipe can be found on the Recipe Card located at the bottom of this post.

First, in a Large Skillet, heat the Olive Oil and add Chicken Pieces. Sprinkle with Salt, Pepper, and Paprika. Cook over Medium-High Heat for 8-10 minutes until the Chicken is starting to brown and cook completely.

Then, remove the Chicken from the pan and set aside.

Cook the Frozen Ravioli according to the package directions.

While the Ravioli is cooking in the sauce pan, combine the Butter and Minced Garlic over Medium-Heat for 2-3 minutes.

Once butter is melted add in Onion Powder, Italian Seasoning, Lemon Juice, Chicken Broth, and Heavy Cream. Stir the sauce together and heat for 2-3 minutes.

Add in Sun Dried Tomatoes and Baby Spinach and cook another 3-4 minutes.

Drain Ravioli and Add in the Ravioli and Chicken and heat everything completely. Top with Shaved Parmesan and serve!

Can I Prep this Pasta Beforehand?

This pasta is great for meal prepping! In a large skillet heat the Olive Oil and add Chicken Pieces. Sprinkle with Salt, Pepper, and Paprika. Cook over Medium High Heat for 8-10 minutes, until chicken is starting to brown and cook completely. Store in an airtight container until ready to cook!

A fabulous Pasta Dinner that is made in 30 minutes! This dish combines tender pasta, juicy chicken, and vibrant flavors to have your whole family asking for more!

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs. Chicken, Cut into 1" Pieces
  • 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 1 tsp. Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp. Paprika
  • 3 Tbsp. Butter
  • 2 tsp. Minced Garlic
  • 1 tsp. Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp. Italian Seasoning
  • 2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 Cup Chicken Broth
  • 1 1/2 Cups of Heavy Cream
  • 5 oz. Baby Spinach
  • 1/2 Cup Sun Dried Tomatoes
  • 25 oz. Bag of Frozen Ravioli
  • 5 oz. Shaved Parmesan

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet heat the Olive Oil and add Chicken Pieces. Sprinkle with Salt, Pepper, and Paprika. Cook over Medium High Heat for 8-10 minutes, until chicken is starting to brown and cook completely.
  2. Remove the chicken from the pan and set it aside.
  3. Cook the Frozen Ravioli according to package directions.
  4. While the ravioli is cooking in a sauce pan combine the Butter and Minced Garlic over medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Once butter is melted add in Onion Powder, Italian Seasoning, Lemon Juice, Chicken Broth, and Heavy Cream. Stir the sauce together and heat for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add in Sun Dried Tomatoes and Baby Spinach and cook another 3-4 minutes.
  6. Drain Ravioli and Add in the Ravioli and Chicken and heat everything completely. Top with Shaved Parmesan and serve!

Prep Ahead Instructions:

In a large skillet heat the Olive Oil and add Chicken Pieces. Sprinkle with Salt, Pepper, and Paprika. Cook over Medium High Heat for 8-10 minutes, until chicken is starting to brown and cook completely. Store in an airtight container until ready use.

Cooking Instructions:

With your Chicken Pre-Cooked start cooking the remainder of the recipe according to step #3 above and follow the remainder of the directions.
