I’ll never forget the night I broke down in tears trying to figure out what to have for dinner. I had spent all day chasing after 3 little kids we were headed out the door to T-Ball practice for my oldest son and I was trying to figure out what to make for dinner so that we didn’t end up going through a drive-thru again.
I felt like there wasn't an easy option.
We didn’t have the money to eat out every night, but in that moment the weight of making one more decision was paralyzing,
I remember feeling so overwhelmed by even small decisions and I knew I needed to come up with a better system, I needed a Plan! Something easy to follow, with meals my family would eat, and something that didn’t require hours of planning or cooking because time was something I didn’t have a lot of.
