How to Make Skillet Chicken Nachos
If you’re using un-cooked chicken breast, you’ll start by pre-cooking your chicken breast in the oven for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. However, if you’re using leftover or rotisserie chicken, you can skip this step.
Now, spray an oven safe skillet or baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray and layer your pan with chips, chicken, beans, onions, salsa, and cheese.
Then, place your skillet in the oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes and top with sour cream and avocado before serving. Enjoy!
