- 1 lb. Fresh Tortellini
- 1/4 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 Tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar
- 1/2 Tbsp. Honey
- 1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
- 1/3 Cup Sliced Black Olives, sliced
- 3/4 Cups Chopped Salami
- 1/2 Cup Baby Spinach
- 1/2 Cup Oil-Packed Sun-Dried Tomatoes, chopped
- 1/4 Cup Freshly Grated Parmesan
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 1 tsp. Pepper
Instructions
- In a large serving bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, olive oil, honey, lemon juice, and salt and pepper to taste.
