How to Make Tuscan Tortellini Salad

First, start by whisking your balsamic vinegar, olive oil, honey, lemon juice, salt, and pepper together in a large bowl.

Then, combine your chopped salami, baby spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, black olives, tortellini, and parmesan cheese in a large bowl.

Finally, mix your ingredients together and garnish with more parmesan cheese and pepper. Serve and enjoy!

  • 1 lb. Fresh Tortellini
  • 1/4 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 Tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1/2 Tbsp. Honey
  • 1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
  • 1/3 Cup Sliced Black Olives, sliced
  • 3/4 Cups Chopped Salami
  • 1/2 Cup Baby Spinach
  • 1/2 Cup Oil-Packed Sun-Dried Tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/4 Cup Freshly Grated Parmesan
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 1 tsp. Pepper


  1. In a large serving bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, olive oil, honey, lemon juice, and salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Next, add all of your ingredients to a bowl. You'll combine the chopped salami, baby spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, black olives, tortellini, and parmesan cheese.
