Ingredients Needed:
Pantry – Bowtie Pasta, Jarred Sun Dried Tomato Strips, Cornstarch
Seasoning – Italian Seasoning, Salt, Pepper
Shrimp – Uncooked Shrimp with the Tails Off
Produce – Minced Garlic, Baby Spinach, Fresh Parsley, Yellow Onion
Dairy – Butter, Half & Half, Grated Parmesan Cheese

How to Make Creamy Garlic Butter Tuscan Shrimp Pasta
You’ll start by heating a skillet over medium heat and adding butter to your pan. Then, add your garlic when it’s melted and sauté for one minute

Next, add in your shrimp and cook for 2 minutes on each side until just cooked through and pink. Make sure you do not overcook your shrimp. Then, transfer to a bowl and set aside.
After, sauté your diced onion in the remaining butter and add in your sun-dried tomatoes and sauté for 2 minutes.

Then, combine your water and cornstarch together, reduce your heat to medium-low, and add in your cornstarch mixture. Make sure to stir everything quickly with a whish until everything is mixed. Then, bring it to a gentle simmer and stir occasionally while bringing to a simmer after the cornstarch is incorporated from the whisking.

Now, add in your salt and pepper to taste, your parmesan cheese, and allow everything to melt. Now, add your spinach leaves in and cook only until they are wilted.

Finally, add your shrimp back into the pan, sprinkle with Italian Seasoning and parsley, and stir through.
Your last step is to cook your Pasta Al Dente according to package directions, strain your pasta and add it to the Tuscan Shrimp Mixture. Mix well and serve immediately! Enjoy!

This Creamy Garlic Butter Tuscan Shrimp Pasta is a delicious, flavorful, and healthy one-dish dinner idea that is perfect for busy nights!
Ingredients
- 8 oz. Bowtie Pasta
- 2 Tbsp. Butter
- 4 tsp. Minced Garlic
- 2 lbs. Fresh, Uncooked Shrimp with the Tails Off
- 1 Small Yellow Onion, diced
- 5 oz. Jarred Sun Dried Tomato Strips in Oil, drained (Reserve 1 tsp. of the Jarred Oil for Cooking)
- 1 3/4 Cup Half and Half
- Salt & Pepper to Taste
- 3 Cups Fresh Baby Spinach
- 2/3 Cup Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 tsp. Cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp. Water
- 2 tsp. Italian Seasoning
- 1 Tbsp. Fresh Parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add Butter to the pan, add your Garlic when it's melted, and sauté for one minute.
- Add in your Shrimp and cook for 2 minutes on each side until just cooked through and pink. Make sure you do not overcook your Shrimp. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.

- Add Salt & Pepper to taste. Add your Parmesan Cheese and allow it to melt. Add the Spinach Leaves and cook only until wilted.
- Add the Shrimp back into the pan, sprinkle with Italian Seasoning and Parsley, stir through.
- Cook your Pasta Al Dente according to package directions. Strain your Pasta and add it to the Tuscan Shrimp Mixture. Mix well and serve immediately!
