Ingredients Needed:

Meat – Ground beef

Produce – Onion, lettuce, tomato

Dairy – Shredded cheddar cheese, butter

Pantry – Ketchup, mustard, dill pickles, Worcestershire sauce, flour tortillas

Seasoning – Salt, pepper, garlic powder

How to Make Grilled Cheeseburger Wraps

You’ll start by browning your hamburger meat and onion in a large skillet over medium-high heat with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce.

Next, lay your tortillas flat on a large plate and fill with 1/6 of your hamburger mixture, 1 oz. of cheddar cheese, ketchup, mustard, lettuce, tomato, and pickles.

Next, roll your tortilla up like a burrito and place a small amount of butter in a skillet and let it melt. Place your wrapper burger, seam side down, in your skillet for 3-5 minutes until each side is lightly browned.

Finally, repeat on each tortilla and enjoy!

Prep-Ahead Instructions

In a Large Skillet brown Hamburger Meat and Onion with Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder & Worcestershire Sauce over Medium-High heat until cooked completely. Store in an airtight container or Ziploc bag until ready to cook.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs. Ground Beef
  • 1 Small Onion, Diced
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 1 tsp. Black Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
  • 4 oz. Ketchup
  • 4 oz. Mustard
  • 8 oz. Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 8 oz. Bag of Shredded Lettuce
  • 1 Tomato, Diced
  • 8 oz. Dill Pickles
  • 6 Large 10" Flour Tortillas
  • 4 Tbsp. Butter

Instructions

  1. In a Large Skillet brown Hamburger Meat and Onion with Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder & Worcestershire Sauce over Medium-High heat until cooked completely.
  2. Lay your tortillas flat on a large plate and fill with 1/6 of the Hamburger Mixture, 1 oz. Cheddar Cheese, Ketchup, Mustard, Lettuce, Tomato, and Pickles.
  3. Roll the tortilla up like a burrito.
  4. In a clean skillet place a small amount of butter and let it melt over Medium Heat.
  5. Place the Wrapped Burger seam side down into your pan for 3-5 minutes on each side until well lightly browned.
  6. Repeat for each remaining tortilla.
