How to Make Grilled Cilantro Lime Chicken
Start by combining the Cilantro, Lime Zest, juice of 3 Limes, Garlic, Cumin, Paprika, Salt, Pepper, and Olive Oil in a small bowl.
Then, add Chicken Thighs to a dish or zip lock bag and pour the marinade over the Chicken. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
Finally, grill chicken over medium-high heat 8-10 minutes on each side until the internal temperature reaches 165° F. Serve with your favorite sides and enjoy!
Prep-Ahead Instructions
This is one of my favorite recipes to make ahead of time! So simple and saves a lot of time when preparing dinner!
Place chicken breast into a large Ziploc bag, Add cilantro, lime zest, juice of 3 limes, garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, pepper, and olive oil. Seal bag tightly and shake to mix everything together. Store in the refrigerator until ready to cook.

Ingredients
- 2 lbs Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs
- 1/2 bunch Cilantro, pulled off stems
- 1 tsp Lime Zest
- 3 limes, juiced
- 2 tsp. Minced Garlic
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1/2 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 3 Tbsp Olive Oil
Instructions
