How to Make Grilled Greek Chicken
Start by placing the chicken breast, olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, basil, dill & thyme in a large Ziploc bag and set it aside to marinade for 30 minutes or in the refrigerator for up to 2 hours.
Then, grill the chicken on medium-high heat for 20-30 minutes, brushing constantly with remaining marinade until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165° F.
Finally, serve with Tzatziki sauce for dipping and enjoy!
Prep-Ahead Instructions
Place Olive Oil, Lemon Juice, Minced Garlic, Oregano, Salt, Pepper, Basil, Dill & Thyme in a large Ziploc bag and store in the refrigerator until ready to cook. Place chicken in a bowl and pour the marinade mixture over the chicken. Allow to marinade for at least 30 minutes.

- 2 Lbs. Chicken Breast
- 1/2 Cup Olive Oil
- 3 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
- 1 Tbsp. Minced Garlic
- 1 tsp. Oregano
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 1 tsp. Pepper
- 1 tsp. Basil
- 1/2 tsp. Dill
- 1/4 tsp. Thyme
- 16 oz. Tzatziki Sauce (Optional for dipping)
Instructions
