Ingredients Needed:

Chicken – Boneless, skinless chicken

Produce – Yellow onion, baby carrots, celery

Seasoning – Thyme, salt, pepper, garlic powder

Pantry – Chicken broth, egg noodles

How to Make Slow Cooker Chicken Noodle Soup

Start by pre-cooking your chicken in the oven for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. You can also use rotisserie chicken to save even more time.

Next, place all of your ingredients into your slow cooker except your egg noodles. Cook on high for 2-3 hours.

Finally, add in your egg noodles and cook for another 30 minutes. Serve it up and enjoy!

A good bowl of chicken noodle soup always makes me feel better and I LOVE how easy this Slow Cooker Chicken Noodle Soup Recipe is!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs. Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, Cooked & Shredded
  • 1 Yellow Onion, Diced
  • 8 oz. of Baby Carrots, Diced
  • 3 stalks of Celery, Diced
  • 1/2 tsp. Thyme
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 1 tsp. Black Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 64 oz. of Chicken Broth (2 Containers)
  • 12 oz. Egg Noodles

Instructions

    1. Pre-Cook Chicken Breast in the oven for 45 minutes at 350 degrees if using uncooked chicken breast, or use Rotisserie Chicken
    2. Place all ingredients except for the Egg Noodles into a Slow Cooker
    3. Cook on High 2-3 Hours
    4. Add in Egg Noodles and cook another 30 Minutes on High
