Asian Steak Bites & Potatoes Are…

Ingredients Needed:

Steak – You’ll need 2 lbs. of Steak cut into bite-sized pieces.

Produce – Baby Potatoes, Minded Garlic

Seasoning – Salt, Black Pepper, Fresh Thyme

Pantry – Soy Sauce

Dairy – Butter

How to Make Asian Steak Bites & Potatoes

Start by adding Olive Oil to the bottom of a cast iron pan. Add in Diced Potatoes, Salt, Pepper, Minced Garlic, and Thyme and cook over medium high heat for 10-15 Minutes. Until Potatoes start to brown and are fork tender.

Next, remove Thyme Sprigs and throw away. Then, remove Potatoes from the pan and set aside.

Start adding your Steak Pieces and cook 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown. (If you like your steak less done you may want to cook less time on each side).

Add the Potatoes back to the pan. Then, add Butter and Soy Sauce and stir everything together until well mixed.

Feel free to garnish with Fresh Parsley or Thyme. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Beef and Potatoes is the perfect traditional home-cooked meal! This recipe is easy, but full of amazing flavor with an Asian twist! Try it tonight!

Ingredients

  • 2 Lbs. Steak Meat, Cut into Bite-Sized Pieces
  • 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 1 1/2 lbs. Baby Potatoes, Diced
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 1 tsp. Black Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. Minced Garlic
  • 3 Sprigs Fresh Thyme
  • 1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
  • 4 Tbsp. Butter

Instructions
