Ingredients Needed:
Meat – Stew meat cut into bite sized pieces
Produce – Onion, baby carrots, celery, minced garlic
Pantry – Olive oil, flour, beef broth, can of diced tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce
Seasoning – Salt, pepper
Refrigerated – Can of crescent roll sheets

How to Make Beef Pot Pie
You’ll start by adding olive oil to a large skillet, add in the beef stew meat, and then cook for 8-10 minutes until your pieces are browned.
Next, add in your onions, carrots, celery, and minced garlic, cook for another 8-10 minutes, and then stir in your flour for 2-3 minutes.

Next, you’ll slowly add in the beef broth 1/2 cup at a time, stirring to thicken after each 1/2 cup is added, add in your beef, tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper, and cook for 1 1/2 hours while covered on low-medium heat.

You’ll then place your beef stew mixture into a large 9×13 baking dish and top with your crescent roll dough. Make sure you cut a few slits into the top of your dough.

Finally, bake at 375° for 20-25 minutes until the dough is golden brown, enjoy!

Prep-Ahead Instructions:
Pre-Cook Meat and Vegetables following the above directions through Step 6. Cover the Baking Dish with foil and place it in the refrigerator before adding the crescent roll dough.

Beef Pot Pie
Topped with Crescent Roll sheets this Beef Pot Pie is creamy and full of flavor! It's perfect to share with neighbors and friends at a potluck or to take to a friend or family member in need!
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 Lbs. Beef Stew Meat, Cut Into Bite-Size Pieces
- 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
- 1 Onion, Diced
- 1/2 lb. Baby Carrots, Diced
- 3 Ribs of Celery, Diced
- 2 tsp. Minced Garlic
- 4 Tbsp Flour
- 2 Cups Beef Broth
- 15 oz. Can Diced Tomatoes
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 1 tsp. Pepper
- 1 Can of Crescent Roll Sheets (I like the ones that aren't perforated and look more like a pizza crust than crescent rolls)
Instructions
- Add Olive Oil to a Large Skillet or Dutch Oven. Add in Beef Stew Meat and cook 8-10 Minutes until pieces are browned. Remove pieces from the pan and set aside.
- Add the Onion, Carrots, Celery and Minced Garlic in the same pan. Cook 8-10 minutes until tender.
- Stir in the flour for 2-3 minutes until it starts to brown.
- Slowly add in the Beef Broth 1/2 cup at a time, stirring to thicken after each 1/2 cup is added.
- Add in Beef, Tomatoes, Worcestershire Sauce, Salt and Pepper. Cover and cook for 1 1/2 hours on Low-Medium Heat.
- Place Beef Stew Mixture into a Large 9x13 Baking Dish.
- Top with Crescent Roll Dough. Cut a few slits in the top of the dough.

Notes
