How to Make Beef Pot Pie

You’ll start by adding olive oil to a large skillet, add in the beef stew meat, and then cook for 8-10 minutes until your pieces are browned.

Next, add in your onions, carrots, celery, and minced garlic, cook for another 8-10 minutes, and then stir in your flour for 2-3 minutes.

Next, you’ll slowly add in the beef broth 1/2 cup at a time, stirring to thicken after each 1/2 cup is added, add in your beef, tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper, and cook for 1 1/2 hours while covered on low-medium heat.

You’ll then place your beef stew mixture into a large 9×13 baking dish and top with your crescent roll dough. Make sure you cut a few slits into the top of your dough.

Finally, bake at 375° for 20-25 minutes until the dough is golden brown, enjoy!
