Pantry – Dry ranch dressing mix, panko bread crumbs
Dairy – Sour cream, shredded sharp cheddar cheese, grated parmesan cheese
How to Make Cheddar Ranch Chicken Tenders
Begin by combining the sour cream and ranch dressing mix in a bowl, adding the chicken tenders and mixture into a large Ziploc bag, and kneading the bag to coat the chicken tenders in the sour cream mixture.
After coating the chicken, refrigerate for at least an hour to allow the chicken to marinate.
Next, preheat your oven to 425° F and spray a sheet pan with non-stick cooking spray.
You’ll then mix your panko breadcrumbs, grated parmesan cheese, salt, pepper and shredded cheddar cheese in a bowl and dip the marinated chicken into the mixture and place on the prepared sheet pan.
Finally, bake for 40 minutes or until chicken is cooked, reaching about 165° F with a meat thermometer. Enjoy!
Prep-Ahead Instructions
This is a super easy recipe to prep-ahead. Just place the chicken tenders in a large Ziploc Bag. Combine the Ranch Dressing Mix and Sour Cream and add it to the bag. Seal tightly and knead everything in the bag together. Store in the refrigerator until ready to cook.

Ingredients
- 2 lbs. Boneless Skinless Chicken Tenders
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 1 tsp. Black Pepper
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 1 Package Dry Ranch Dressing Mix
- 1 cup Plain Panko Breadcrumbs
- 1 cup Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
