Start by pre-cooking your chicken by cooking it in the oven with salt and pepper at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. To save time, you can use rotisserie chicken instead.

Now, combine your softened cream cheese, shredded chicken, ranch dressing, cheddar cheese, onion powder, and black pepper in a large bowl and mix it together.

Then, unroll your crescent dough into 8 pieces. Since you have 2 cans of crescent dough, you’ll have 16 pieces.

Now, place 1/16 of you chicken mixture onto each crescent roll piece and roll up from the large end to the point of the crescent roll and place each one on a lightly greased baking sheet.

Finally, bake at 350 degrees for 12-14 minutes, until your roll-ups are golden brown. Enjoy!

Prep-Ahead Instructions

Pre-cook the chicken breast according to the directions in step one. Combine softened cream cheese, shredded chicken, ranch dressing, cheddar cheese, onion powder until well mixed. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator until ready to bake.

Cooking Instructions:

Allow chicken mixture to come to room temperature so that it’s easier to spoon onto crescent roll dough. Unroll crescent rolls and separate into 8 pieces. Place 1/16 of chicken mixture in each piece of dough and roll up. Repeat for the second can. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-14 minutes until golden brown.
