Ingredients Needed:

Chicken – Boneless, skinless chicken tenderloins

Pantry – Chicken broth, Reduced fat cream of chicken soup, Uncle Bens wild rice

How to Make Chicken & Wild Rice Casserole

Start by spraying a 9×13 baking dish with cooking spray. Next, pour your cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, wild rice mixture, and seasoning packet into the dish.

Then, stir all of your ingredients until they’re well mixed and place your chicken breast tenderloins on top of your rice mixture.

Now, sprinkle your chicken with salt and pepper and bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes until your rice is completely cooked. Enjoy!

Prep-Ahead Instructions

Prepare the Chicken & Wild Rice Casserole according to the instructions above. After step 5 cover with saran wrap or foil and store in the refrigerator or freezer until ready to cook.

Cooking Instructions:

Thaw and bake uncovered in the oven at 350° F for 50-60 minutes, until rice is completely cooked.

Ingredients

  • 1 Box Uncle Bens Wild Rice
  • 1 Can Reduced Fat Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 2 Cups Chicken Broth
  • 2 lbs. Boneless Skinless Chicken Tenderloins
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Pepper (to taste)

Instructions

    1. Spray a 9x13 Baking Dish with Cooking Spray
    2. Pour Cream of Chicken Soup, Chicken Broth, Wild Rice Mixture, and Seasoning Packet into the Dish
    3. Stir all ingredients until well mixed
