How to Make Bacon Chicken Ranch Kebabs
This is a visual walk-through of this recipe created for readers. The Full Recipe can be found in the recipe card located at the bottom of this post.
Begin by cutting your Chicken Breast into 1 inch pieces.
Next, place the Chicken Breast pieces in a Ziploc bag and add in your Olive Oil, Black Pepper, Red Pepper Flakes, and Ranch Seasoning. Place in a refrigerator overnight.
Next, soak the Wooden Skewers in water for around 10 minutes. Alternate place the Chicken, Bacon, and Onion on the skewers.
Grill the Skewers on High Heat for 10-12 minutes, rotating frequently until the Chicken reaches an internal temperature of 160 Degrees Fahrenheit.
Prep Ahead Instructions
Place the Chicken Breast Pieces in a Ziploc bag along with the Olive Oil, Black Pepper, Red Pepper Flakes, and Ranch Seasoning. Place the bag in the refrigerator until ready to cook.

- 16 oz. Bacon, Cut into pieces
- 1 Red Onion, cut in half, then in quarters
- 8-10 Wooden Skewers
- Place Chicken Breast Pieces into a Large Ziploc Bag and add Olive Oil, Black Pepper, Red Pepper Flakes, and Ranch Seasoning. Place the bag in the refrigerator overnight.
- When ready to serve soak Wooden Skewers in water for 10 minutes. Alternate placing Chicken, Bacon and Onion on the skewers.
- Grill Kebabs on Medium-High Heat for 10-12 minutes, rotating frequently, until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165° F.
