Ingredients Needed:

Chicken – Chicken tenderloins

Pantry – Olive oil

Produce – Lemon, minced garlic

Seasoning – Oregano, salt, pepper

How to Make Grilled Lemon Pepper Chicken Tenderloins

Start by mixing your chicken tenderloins and all of your other ingredients in a bowl or Ziploc bag and let it marinate in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Then, preheat your grill to medium heat for 10 minutes and put your tenderloins on the grill and grill at medium heat for 4 minutes.

Flip your tenders and cook for 5 minutes and until your chicken is an internal temperature of 165 degrees.

Finally, remove from the grill and serve them up!

  • 1.5 lbs Chicken Tenderloins
  • 1/4 Cup Olive Oil
  • 1 Lemon, juiced
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 1 Tbsp Minced Garlic
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper


  1. Mix tenderloins and all other ingredients in a bowl or Ziploc bag and let marinate in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat grill to medium heat for 10 minutes.
  3. Put tenderloins on the grill (and discard extra marinade) and grill at medium heat for 4 minutes.
  4. Flip and then cook for 5 minutes or until the internal temperature is 165 degrees F.
  5. Remove chicken from the grill and serve.
