- 3 Tbsp. Honey
- 2 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp. Minced Garlic
- 1/2 tsp. Black Pepper
- 1 1/2 lbs. Pork Chops, Approx 1" Thick
Instructions
- In a small bowl stir together the Ketchup, Honey, Soy Sauce, Minced Garlic, and Black Pepper.
- Heat your Grill to around 350-400 Degrees.
- Sear the Pork Chops on both sides then begin brushing the glaze onto the pork chops as they cook.
- Cook approximately 9-10 minutes on each side until you reach an internal temperature of 145 degrees.

Place the Pork Chops in a Large Ziploc Bag. Add in Ketchup, Honey, Soy Sauce, Minced Garlic and Black Pepper.
Cooking Instructions -
