Ingredients Needed:

Meat – Boneless pork chops

Seasoning – Paprika, black pepper

Pantry – Olive oil, dry ranch dressing mix

Produce – Parsley, baby yellow potatoes

How to Make Sheet Pan Ranch Pork Chops & Potatoes

Start by adding your pork chops, olive oil, dry ranch dressing mix, paprika, black pepper, parsley and potatoes to a large Ziploc bag.

Then, pour everything onto a large baking sheet and spread out evenly so everything cooks consistently.

Finally, bake at 375° F for about 25-30 minutes, or until the pork chops reach an internal temperature of 160° F and potatoes are tender. Enjoy!

Prep-Ahead Instructions:

Place Pork Chops, Olive Oil, Dry Ranch Dressing Mix, Paprika, Black Pepper, Parsley and Potatoes in a Large Ziploc Bag. Seal tightly and toss until everything is well coated. Store in the refrigerator until ready to cook. Note: If you are worried about the potatoes browning you can keep them in a separate container filled with water, or just dice them and add in when you are ready to cook!

Sheet Pan Ranch Pork Chops and Potatoes are full of all the best herbs and spices and baked in the oven for an easy, go-to on busy nights.

Ingredients

  • 2 Lbs. Boneless Pork Chops 
  • 1/4 Cup Olive Oil
  • 1 Package of Dry Ranch Dressing Mix 
  • 1 tsp. Paprika
  • 1 tsp. Black Pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. Parsley
  • 1 1/2 lbs. Baby Yellow Potatoes, Cut in 1/2" Cubes so they cook quickly

Instructions
