Ingredients Needed:

Seafood – Shrimp, peeled and deveined

Produce – Yellow bell pepper, red bell pepper, red onion, lime, fresh cilantro

Seasoning – Chili powder, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, cumin

Pantry – Olive oil, flour tortillas

How to Make Sheet Pan Shrimp Fajitas

Start by putting the shrimp, bell peppers, and onion into a large Ziploc bag, drizzle with olive oil, and add the salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, and cumin. Shake to coat everything one everything has been added and the bag is sealed.

After spreading the contents of the Ziploc bag onto a baking sheet, bake in the oven at 450° F for about 8-10 minutes until shrimp is cooked completely. Also, you are welcome to broil for 1-2 minutes to get that slightly charbroiled look on top.

Finally, sprinkle with fresh lime juice & cilantro and serve in warm flour tortillas. Enjoy!

Place Shrimp, Bell Peppers, and Onion in a Large Ziploc bag. Drizzle with Olive Oil, Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder, Paprika, Onion Powder, and Cumin. Seal bag and shake to coat everything evenly. Seal tightly and set in the refrigerator until ready to cook.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs. Shrimp, Peeled and Deveined (Tails on or off)
  • 1 Yellow Bell Pepper, Sliced
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper, Sliced
  • 1 Red Onion, Sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp. Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 1/2 tsp. Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp. Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp. Onion Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin
  • 1 Lime, Sliced in quarters
  • Fresh Cilantro for Garnish (optional)
  • 8 - 8" Soft Flour Tortillas

Instructions

  1. Place Shrimp, Bell Peppers, and Onion in a Large Ziploc bag. Drizzle with Olive Oil, Chili Powder, Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder, Paprika, Onion Powder, and Cumin. Seal bag and shake to coat everything evenly.
  2. Spray a large baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray. Spread the contents of the Ziploc bag evenly over the cookie sheet.
  3. Bake in the oven at 450° F for about 8-10 minutes until the shrimp is cooked completely. You can also broil for 1-2 minutes to get that slightly charbroiled look on top.
  4. Sprinkle with Fresh Lime Juice & Cilantro and serve in warm flour tortillas.
