Pantry – Crushed tomatoes, low sodium chicken broth, Worcestershire Sauce, white rice
Seasoning – Oregano, paprika, salt, pepper
How to Make Slow Cooker Chicken & Sausage Jambalaya
Begin by placing all of your ingredients, except your rice, into your slow cooker and cook on high for 2.5-3 hours until your chicken is cooked and your vegetables are tender.
Then, add in your rice, stir well, and cook for another 25-30 minutes until the rice is tender. Enjoy!
Prep-Ahead Instructions:
In a large Ziploc Bag combine Chicken, Sausage, Onion, Celery, Bell Pepper, Crushed Tomatoes, Chicken Broth, Worcestershire Sauce, Cajun Seasoning, Minced Garlic, Oregano, Paprika, Salt and Pepper. Seal tightly and store in the refrigerator until ready to cook.

Ingredients
- 1 lb. Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, Cut into 1" Pieces
- 12 oz. Andouille Sausage, Sliced
- 1 Yellow Onion, Diced
- 3 Ribs of Celery, Diced
- 1 Red Bell Pepper, Diced
- 28 oz. Crushed Tomatoes
- 20 oz. Low Sodium Chicken Broth
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Cajun Seasoning
- 1 tsp. Minced Garlic
- 1 tsp. Oregano
- 1 tsp. Paprika
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 1 tsp. Pepper
- 1 1/2 Cups White Rice
Instructions
- Place Chicken, Sausage, Onion, Celery, Bell Pepper, Crushed Tomatoes, Chicken Broth, Worcestershire Sauce, Cajun Seasoning, Minced Garlic, Oregano, Paprika, Salt and Pepper in a large slow cooker.
- Cook on High for 2 1/2 - 3 hours until chicken is cooked and vegetables are tender.
