Why Make Sweet Potatoes & Sausage Sheet Pan Dinner

Ingredients Needed:

Meat – Pre-cooked sausage links

Produce – Sweet potatoes

Frozen – Broccoli florets

Pantry – Olive oil, balsamic vinegar

Seasoning – Garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and minced onion flakes

Start by placing the sausages and the sweet potatoes on a large baking sheet that has been sprayed with cooking spray and by combining the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and minced onion flakes into a small bowl.

Next, drizzle your mixture over your sweet potatoes and sausage links, toss to coat everything, and bake in the oven at 425° F for 25-30 minutes.

After baking, remove from oven, stir, and add in the broccoli florets.

Finally, return to the oven and cook another 15 minutes or until the broccoli is tender. Enjoy!

Prep-Ahead Instructions:

In a large Ziploc Bag combine Sliced Sausages and Sweet Potatoes. Drizzle with Olive Oil, Balsamic Vinegar, Garlic Powder, Salt, Pepper, and Minced Onion Flakes. Seal bag tightly, mix everything together and place in the refrigerator until ready to cook.

Cooking Instructions:

Place the contents from the Ziploc bag on a Large Baking Sheet that has been sprayed with cooking spray and bake at 425° F for 30 Minutes. Stir in Broccoli Florets and then Return to oven and bake another 15 Minutes.

Ingredients

  • 18 oz. Pre-Cooked Sausage Links (Chicken or Pork), Sliced
  • 2 Large Sweet Potatoes, Peeled and Diced into Small Pieces
  • 12 oz. Bag Frozen Broccoli Florets
  • 1/4 Cup Olive Oil
  • 1 Tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 1 tsp. Pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. Minced Onion Flakes

Instructions

  1. Place Sausages and Sweet Potatoes on a Large Baking Sheet that has been sprayed with cooking spray.
