How to Make Chicken Caesar Pasta Salad

The Full Recipe for this Caesar Salad can be found in the printable recipe card located at the bottom of this post. This is a visual walk-though for readers.

Start by cooking your pasta as directed by the box. Then, drain and run the pasta under cold water to cool it off.

Next, add all of your ingredients for the Caesar dressing into a bowl. With a whisk, mix until it is nice and creamy.

If you don’t want to make homemade Caesar dressing, feel free to buy your favorite store bought brand!

Add all of the ingredients into a large bowl, mix well, and enjoy!

Tips for Success

Using a Rotisserie Chicken will speed up the prep work for this recipe dramatically. You can also use pre-cooked chicken or any leftover chicken you have on hand.

Lettuce Knives will prevent the salad from browning and going bad as fast.

Cook the pasta till Al Dente. Feel free to use any small pasta for this recipe. I always go for the protein pasta with this recipe to add some nutrients!

Pour the dressing on right before you serve. This prevents it from sogging everything up in the salad!

Storing Leftovers

Feel free to store this salad in the fridge in an airtight container. It will wilt faster once the dressing is in the salad. I recommend eating it fresh.
