How to Make
To make this salad you will add your diced chicken breast pieces in a bag along with oil, garlic and seasonings and marinade for at least 15 minutes.
Once your chicken is done marinating cook on the stove until the chicken is fully cooked.
Now in your blender or food processor, you will add your Greek yogurt, cream, jalapenos, ranch mix, and cilantro and pulse until blended.
Assemble your salad, top with chicken and add your dressing! Add on all your favorite salad toppings and dive in.

- 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
- 1 tsp. Minced Garlic
- 1 Tbsp. Chili Powder
- 2 tsp. Cumin
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 1 tsp. Black Pepper
- 1 tsp. Paprika
- 1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
- 1/4 tsp. Onion Powder
Jalapeno Ranch Dressing
- 1 Cup Greek Yogurt
- 1/3 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1/3 Cup Sour Cream
- 3 Large Jalapenos Diced
- 1 Dry Ranch Dressing Mix
- 1/3 Cup Fresh Cilantro
Serve With:
- 1 Bag of Romaine Lettuce
- 1 Avocado
- 2 Tomatoes, Diced
- 1/2 Red Onion, Diced
Instructions
- In a Large Ziploc Bag Combine Olive Oil, Garlic, Seasonings and Chicken Breast Pieces
- Let Sit 15 Minutes or Longer
- Remove Chicken from Marinade and Cook chicken in a Large Skillet over Medium/High Heat
- Turn Heat off Pan and set Chicken aside to rest for 5 Minutes
- In a Blender combine Greek Yogurt, Cream, Jalapenos, Ranch Dressing Mix and Cilantro ***
- Pulse until well blended
- Serve Chicken and Dressing over a bed of Romaine Lettuce, Onion, Tomatoes, and Avocado
