- 4 oz. Cream Cheese
- 1 Jalapeno, Diced (Without Seeds)
- 1 4.5 oz. Can of Green Chiles (Do not drain)
- 1 tsp. Chili Powder
- 1 tsp. Cumin
- 1 tsp. Onion Powder
- 16 oz. Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Instructions
- Pre-Cook Chicken Breast in the oven for 45 minutes at 350 degrees if using uncooked chicken breast, or use Rotisserie Chicken
- In an Oven Safe Skillet or Dutch Oven heat the Butter & Minced Garlic over Medium Heat until the butter is melted
- Add in the Almond Milk, Heavy Cream, Cream Cheese, Jalapeno, Green Chilies, Chili Powder, Cumin, Onion Powder and 1 Cup of the Cheese
- Whisk everything together until the cheese is melted.
